The Big Rideau provides unlimited fishing possibilities especially for lake trout, pike and bass.

Enjoy a lakeside picnic on our sandy beach and a safe swim in clear water. The beach slopes gently into shallow water and the swimming area is surrounded by buoys.

The area is home to a wide variety of birds for avid bird watchers, including swans and blue herons. Keep your eyes open for chipmunks, rabbits and white-tailed deer, too.

Come and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the Big Rideau Lake and the many interesting and historic sites in the region. Hop on a bike or enjoy peaceful hikes on the Cataraqui Trail.
